  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
