- In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef, minced garlic, and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned, about 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the stewed tomatoes with juice, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
