- Line 6 large salad bowls with fresh lettuce leaves.
- Divide the diced turkey evenly among the bowls, forming a stripe. Repeat with diced ham, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and diced bacon, each in its own row.
- Sprinkle diced avocado, blue cheese, chopped green onion, and grated Monterey Jack cheese over the top of each salad.
- Serve immediately with salad dressings on the side.
