  • 6 leaves lettuce for lining bowls
  • 1.5 cups cooked turkey or chicken diced
  • 1.5 cups cooked ham diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and diced
  • 4 eggs hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado avocado diced
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese
  • 0.5 cup green onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • as needed salad dressings of your choice, for serving

Method
 

  1. Line 6 large salad bowls with fresh lettuce leaves.
  2. Divide the diced turkey evenly among the bowls, forming a stripe. Repeat with diced ham, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and diced bacon, each in its own row.
  3. Sprinkle diced avocado, blue cheese, chopped green onion, and grated Monterey Jack cheese over the top of each salad.
  4. Serve immediately with salad dressings on the side.

Notes

Use perfectly ripe avocado for optimal texture and flavor.
