  • 1 piece Chuck roast
  • 1 packet Dry seasoning mix
  • 2 cup Water
Vegetables
  • 2 Carrot chopped
  • 2 Potato chopped
  • 2 Celery stalk chopped

Method
 

  1. Place the chuck roast in the crock pot.
  2. Add 2 cups of water.
  3. Sprinkle dry seasoning mix over the roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours overnight.
  5. After 8 hours, chop 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, and 2 celery stalks and nestle them around the roast.
  6. Cook on low for an additional 10-12 hours.

Notes

Swap carrots, potatoes, and celery stalks for parsnips, turnips, or sweet potatoes to change the flavor profile.
