Method
- In a slow cooker, combine diced ham, chopped onion, corn, peeled and diced tomatoes, and peeled and diced potatoes.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, and Tabasco sauce.
- Pour in enough water or broth to cover all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Check halfway through and add more water if the soup becomes too thick.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Adjust the Tabasco sauce to your preferred level of heat for a spicier or milder soup.
