- In a bowl, combine lime juice, hot sauce, mustard, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and marinate for 45 minutes.
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and almost cooked through.
- Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a plate, then add sour cream to the pan and stir until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and serve.

For a healthier option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
