Method
- Combine chicken broth and water in a large saucepan. Add frozen stir fry vegetables without thawing. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add ramen noodles, broken up, to the boiling broth. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add drained baby shrimp and ramen seasoning packet. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add sriracha or red pepper flakes to taste.
