  • 1 can chicken broth 14½ ounce
  • 2 cups water
  • cups frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 package chicken-flavored ramen noodles including seasoning packet
  • 1 can baby shrimp drained

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken broth and water in a large saucepan. Add frozen stir fry vegetables without thawing. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ramen noodles, broken up, to the boiling broth. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add drained baby shrimp and ramen seasoning packet. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sriracha or red pepper flakes to taste.
