Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add diced onion and mushrooms, sauté for about 5 minutes until tender and aromatic.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes with green chilies. Simmer for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and gently fold until everything is well combined and heated through.
