- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a casserole dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt soft margarine, then stir in flour and salt. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Return to heat and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in curry powder and Worcestershire sauce.
- Gently fold in flaked salmon and cooked rice.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
