Easy Classic Pistachio Watergate Salad

  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple 19 ounce, undrained
  • 1 container Cool Whip 16 ounce
  • cups mini marshmallows
  • chopped walnuts for topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare the pistachio pudding mix according to package directions.
  2. Gently mix the prepared pudding with Cool Whip until fluffy.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple with its juice and the mini marshmallows.
  4. Fold everything together with a rubber spatula.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.
  6. For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
