  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in milk and slightly beaten eggs until well incorporated.
  4. Add drained whole kernel corn and cream-style corn, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and dot with pieces of butter.
  6. Place the baking dish inside a larger pan and fill with hot water to create a water bath.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes at 375°F until the center is set with a slight jiggle and top is golden.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
