- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in milk and slightly beaten eggs until well incorporated.
- Add drained whole kernel corn and cream-style corn, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and dot with pieces of butter.
- Place the baking dish inside a larger pan and fill with hot water to create a water bath.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 375°F until the center is set with a slight jiggle and top is golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
