Method
 

  1. Chill all ingredients before mixing to prevent marshmallows from becoming soggy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks.
  3. Add shredded coconut and sour cream, and mix gently until everything is coated.
  4. Finally, fold in the miniature marshmallows to maintain their chewy texture.

Notes

For best results, chill all ingredients before mixing and add marshmallows last to keep them from absorbing too much moisture.
