  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Season with black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
