  • 2 lbs lbs skin-on chicken wings trim wing tips, separate drumettes and wingettes
  • 1/4 cup cup hot sauce (Frank's recommended) for buffalo flavor
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons butter melted
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional ranch or additional buffalo sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Trim wing tips and separate drumettes from wingettes.
  2. Marinate wings in hot sauce and melted butter for 2+ hours.
  3. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes per batch, shaking halfway.
  4. Reheat wings in air fryer for 2 minutes after cooking.

Notes

Marinate wings for best flavor and shake halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
