
Easy Chicken Fajitas

- In a large bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add sliced chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or fajita pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in a single layer until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly charred, about 6-8 minutes.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together and heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with warm tortillas, salsa, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and lime wedges.
Notes
Marinate the chicken in the spice mix for 30 minutes for extra flavor, or use pre-cooked shredded chicken for an even faster meal.
